INGREDIENTS
- cherries tomatoes 30, ½ cut
- red onion ½, sliced
- avocado ½, cut into chunks
- radishes
- olive oil, lemon ½, juiced
- broad beans in oil
- goat cheese Mastelo® 250g, cut into chunks
- dried oregano
- houmous 2 tbsp
- natural yoghurt 75ml
METHOD
Toss the tomatoes, onion, radishes and avocado with 2 tbsp olive oil and the lemon juice and finally add the broad beans
Mix the houmous and yoghurt with a little water to make a dressing.
Toss goat cheese Mastelo® with the salad, drizzle over the houmous dressing and serve with pitta crisps.
