- roasted red peppers from a jar 4
- 1 cow cheese Mastelo® , thickly sliced
- capre one spoon
- olive oil
- lemon ½, juiced
- garlic ½ clove, crushed
- crusty bread to serve
Fry the cheese until is tinged golden brown. Divide the peppers and the cheese between 2 plates. Mix the caper with 1 tbsp olive oil, the lemon juice and the garlic and spoon over the top. Add some lemon slices.
Serve with crusty bread.
