Hard Cheese Mastelo®

It is produced from full fat pasteurized cow milk. It is a hard, spicy and salty Greek cheese. It accompanies pasta and traditional greek pies especially if  it is combined with Anthotiro cheese.

33% fat, 32% humidity and 6% salt.
