We really enjoy tarts lately as they are quite easy to make (you can always just buy some ready made dough) and they are so versatile.. the sky is the limit really!
We made one the other day for lunch with juicy tomatoes, caramelised onions (leftovers from our dinner) and Mastelo Cheese.
