We usually enjoy our steaks on the barbeque, but due to the rainy weather we thought to go for Philly cheese steak wraps.. well as you can see, somewhere down the line we changed our mind.
We made a small platter with Highland Wagyu Bavette, Mastelo cheese lightly fried in the steak juices and steamed chilli broccoli.. and yes, we still made a mix of fried onions and peppers for our wraps.
We don’t usually cook our steak like this (in strips) but we wanted to play a bit with the textures.
