• Tiromitzin with Anthotiro cheese Mastelo® (traditional recipe from Pontos, appetizer for 6 persons)

    • 1Anthotiro cheese Mastelo® 700gr
    •1 bunch of parsley
    •1 coffee cup olive oil
    •½ coffee cup lemon juice
    •2 wedges of garlic
    •salt, pepper

    Dice the parsley and mass the garlic. Put the Anthotiro cheese Mastelo® with the herbs in the mixer and gradually add all the ingredients until the mixture take a united form.
    Put it in the fridge. Serve on tomato slices and garnish with parsley. Alternatively you can serve it on toasted bread as an appetizer.
